HOW TIMES CHANGE
In the 13th century there were streets in London named Gropecuntlane, Pissing Alley and Shitteborwelane. A dandelion could be called a pissabed, a heron a shiterow and a windhover a windfucker. In those days people were pretty easygoing about terms referring to genitalia or bodily functions; it was profanity or blasphemy that raised blood pressures.
